Applying contemplative practices, personal inventory, and peer-to-peer support processes, we will engage new tools and contemplative art exercises. We will find support in others as we share our experience, strength and hope with one another. Each participant will create their own daily art-practice to help see them through good times and bad.
We will write, paint, draw, create installations, and relate to your environment through embodiment, all supported by contemplative practice and relational reciprocity in the group.
There will be some homework between sessions.
Language of instruction: English with possible Swedish translation and multi-lingual collaboration between participants
