This mask is a training tool for physical theatre actors, but also super beneficial workshop to take for any artists/humans wanting to discover what they are actually saying with their body language. When you remove the drama from the face the masks neutrality intensifies the story of our body language. I made this with the amazing instruction of Alfredo Iriarte and with his wooden mold.

This is my attempt to make a female Brighella mask. As all of the masked characters where male back in the age 1600, it seem silly to not update it so the mask/character can come to life in female versions of this character. It was made from a clay sculpture into a plaster mold and a final neoprene pour. Painted with acrylic paint.
